Restart the QE container with the flags -e USERS_DEBUG=1 and -e DEBUGLOG=true, which will force full debug logs for LDAP to be placed into the /var/log/syslog file inside the container.
WARNING: This will mean that passwords are logged. Thus, users need to make sure to remove the flag once you've diagnosed the issue.
Share the logs with the support team(email support@quay.io) if possible.
